【Summary description】This week, the project team of Sight Distance's industrial inspection robot for dispersing and aggregate material conveying completed its first show at a customer site. The project team has successively completed the robot online autonomous walking, automatic obstacle crossing program test, remote control inspection, position calibration and debugging and other related work. The indicators of the robot performed well during the live demonstration. During the on-site demonstration, an Australian customer happened to visit, and both Chinese and foreign customers spoke highly of the robot's capabilities and functions.

AI algorithm - material height monitoring

Deploy monitoring cameras and laser emission equipment in the unfolding section of the pipe belt machine to monitor the material height of the conveyor belt in real time; the monitoring algorithm identifies the material laser contour line in real time, and calculates the material height and material flow trend through the background processing algorithm. The set material high threshold will send out alarm information and linkage.
