This week, the project team of Sight Distance's industrial inspection robot for dispersing and aggregate material conveying completed its first show at a customer site. The project team has successively completed the robot online autonomous walking, automatic obstacle crossing program test, remote control inspection, position calibration and debugging and other related work. The indicators of the robot performed well during the live demonstration. During the on-site demonstration, an Australian customer happened to visit, and both Chinese and foreign customers spoke highly of the robot's capabilities and functions.

AI algorithm - material height monitoring

Using the visible light camera and infrared thermal imager mounted on the inspection robot, through the target recognition algorithm, the characteristics of the idler are judged and the position of the idler is positioned; The AI target recognition algorithm of the instrument judges the abnormal high temperature of the idler bearing to send an alarm signal to the operator, and automatically records it in the inspection report. Combined with the system construction, a management database of idler status is established to evaluate the status and performance of the idler.
